When you complete this aspiration you will be rewarded with the Fresh Chef trait which means that the food your sim makes will never spoil. If you do want your sim to complete both aspirations it would make sense to complete the Master Mixologist aspiration first.

You can actually achieve this in either branch of the career so if you want your sim to complete both this aspiration and the Master Mixologist aspiration, you can reach level eight in the mixologist branch of the career, while also working on your cooking skills. The Sims 4 Master Chef aspiration is a career based aspiration – to complete it you will need to get to level 8 in the culinary career.
